NoopDda – Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This document includes the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the NoopDda application (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Service").

This app is provided as a paid application, and users may access the Service after completing the purchase. Please carefully read and agree to the terms, including payment and refund policies, before using the Service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and the user when using the NoopDda application and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”), and explain the handling of personal information.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service”: The application and related features provided by the operator, including smartphone usage analysis and feedback
  2. “User”: An individual who installs the NoopDda app and agrees to these terms
  3. “Operator”: The individual or entity that provides and manages the NoopDda application and services
  4. “Content”: Graphics, text, UI, data, and other related information provided by NoopDda

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. These terms take effect from the moment the user installs and uses the App.
  2. The operator may amend the terms to improve the service or comply with legal requirements. In such cases, significant changes will be announced in-app or via email in advance.
  3. If the user does not agree to the revised terms, they may discontinue use of the service.
