This document contains both the Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy for the Névo mobile application (the “App” or “Service”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1) Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• “Service” means the Névo App and its features.
• “Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the provider of Névo.
• “User,” “you,” or “your” means an individual who installs or uses the App.

2. What Névo does

Névo provides camera capture, film-style filters, optional timestamp/text overlays, save and load from the device photo library, and optional widget suggestions.

3. When these Terms apply and changes

These Terms apply from the time you install or use the App. We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be shown in-app or on the listing. If you do not agree to changes, uninstall the App.

4. License and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and app store rules. You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• copy, resell, or distribute the App or any part of it
• use the App for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes
• circumvent security or usage limits

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the App, including code, filter profiles/looks, UI, icons, and logos, belong to the Operator and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use our brand assets without permission.
